Story (2) I had the pleasure of fixing a termite job for a lady were her husband thought he had got rid of the termites by using kerosene during the course of tracking her termite invasion and pointing out to her why they are still coming in she kindly refired to me as the Termite HUNTER like Steve Irwin.
At first I was offended but I realised that it was a complement I can a sure you I do not say Crikey' problem was fixed and the lady dose not let her husband near the kerosene.
Story (3) I had the unfortunate task of letting a 65-year-old pensioner know she dose not have termites???????? You ask isn’t that a good thing well normally yes as I arrived to do a termite inspection she told me the company she had out last year told her she had borer and termites under the subfloor kitchen area.
I began my inspection I could not find any old or new evidence of Borer or termite damage what normally takes 1 to 1½ hours to check turned into 3 hours I even used a 500 watt light so when I finished my inspection I could not tell her she was ripped off.
She paid $800.00 the year before to a company that spent only one hour there.
I told her what was seen there before is no longer there Unfortunately there are company’s you can not trust I recommend if you have any doubt get two quotes.
